🎨ARTS FOR ACTIVISM SHOWCASE ☮️

Where Creativity Meets Justice. Where Art Becomes Action.

Join us for a special November edition of The Gospel Project as we celebrate artists who have explored pressing issues, witness their creations, and discover the powerful intersection of faith, art, and social justice.

🍽️6:00 PM | Community Potluck

🎭7:30 PM | Arts for Activism Showcase

What happens when artists use their creativity to challenge injustice, amplify unheard voices, and imagine a better world?: For the past six weeks, a passionate group of artists has gathered for Arts for Activism, a creative workshop supported by a Lilly grant and led by artist, educator, and activist Angelica Rowell.

Together, they have explored some of the most pressing social justice issues of our time, including racism, immigration, LGBTQ+ rights, sexism, global injustice, and climate change. Through music, theatre, poetry, movement, and visual art, they have transformed their convictions, questions, and hopes into original works of art.

Now it's time to share their voices with YOU!

This is more than an art showcase. It is an invitation to listen, reflect, be challenged, and imagine what a more just and compassionate world might look like.

Come to the Table! A Community Potluck

As always, we begin by gathering around a shared table. This month, our communion meal will be a community potluck! Bring a dish to share as we celebrate the gift of community before experiencing the showcase.

Please RSVP for the potluck here:

Come hungry. Come curious. Come ready to be inspired.

Because art has the power to move hearts, challenge injustice, and change the world.
