We’re getting closer! Our main driveway entrance (off Alton) will continue to be open on Sundays but will be closed during the week due to construction activity. We have about two more weeks until interior work will be completed. The meeting rooms got carpeted this week; the operable partitions will go in next week, with video screens the week after. HVAC and stucco work continues while landscaping will begin next week, with the new pedestrian walkway along Alton being the first step. Construction is scheduled to wrap up by the end of August.
We’re still taking pledges to reduce our remaining campaign shortfall. Please join with others in your church family by making a gift or pledge today. You can drop a check in the offertory plate or make a pledge/gift online at iucc.org/giving/. To ensure that we are applying your gift correctly, please indicate “Mini Campaign” on your check or online payment. Thank you!
This is how we grew!

- We encourage all who are able, to utilize our temporary off-site parking at Lakeside Center (map). It is our hope that enough able-bodied people will choose this parking option leaving our campus parking spaces open for those not physically able to take the 10-minute walk.
- Take the GREENfaith challenge, and walk, bike or carpool to church!
The construction zone is now fenced off and accessible only to contractors. An 8-foot wide pathway will be used for sanctuary entry/exit. We’ll be encouraging the use of the side entrance into the sanctuary, especially as the preferred ADA pathway. - For the first few Sundays, we’ll have our Deacons on hand to assist with parking questions and pedestrian routes.
- Please allow yourself a little extra time on Sunday.
