Planting Seeds of Faith, Fun and God’s Love!
Calling all kids, youth, and young at heart! – Let’s plant a few seeds for creation by learning how we can care and create for others and our world.
A fun morning of activities
- Saturday, August 14, 2021
- Location: at IUCC – outdoors (shaded) and in our large domed Plummer Hall 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Cost $20, scholarships available
- Cost covers supplies, water bottle, t-shirt, & snack
Fun, friendly and safe
We will offer a fun, friendly, and safe environment for kids to explore their faith and see ways they might want to make a difference. The morning will feature familiar faces from our very own IUCC ministries and we will be using “ReNew” – a curriculum focusing on community and the environment.
- Ages 3+
- Masks will be required
- Guardians can drop off their kids (3+) or can stay for the activities as they wish.

- 8:45 Check in and Name Tags
- 9:00 Welcome with Opening Prayer, Introductions, Songs, Moving our bodies!
- 9:15 Mission & Service Moment
- 9:35 Bible Story with our Worship Committee
- 10:00 Snack
- 10:15 Planting Stations (Green Faith Committee)
- 10:35 Doll Making and M&M Sharing (Diversity and Inclusion Committee)
- 11:00 Games, Music, Movement
- 11:20 Active Role Play (Stephen’s Ministry)
- 11:40 Card Making Art (Congregational Care)
- Noon Lunch (Bring a sa=ack lunch or lunch available for purchase)
- 12:30 Large Art Mural
- 12:45 Closing Worship with music, prayers, & goodbyes!
- 1:00 Pick up Time
